One dead, one injured in van-bus collision

One person was killed while another was critically wounded following a head-on collision involving a bus and a van in the 16th Mile Post area at Saliyawewa.Police said the accident had occurred this afternoon (04) and that the driver of the van had died on the spot while a passenger of the van had sustained injuries. Saliyawewa Police is conducting an investigations into the incident. .
