CARE will be resuming its health and nutrition operations in Afghanistan after getting the essential guarantees from the Ministry of Public Health that its female personnel will have the ability to carry out their work safely and unfettered, both in community-based and support roles.According to a declaration provided by the company, CARE suspended operations in response to the December 24 choice by the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA) to prohibit all women from working for NGOs operating in Afghanistan.&& Our female coworkers are an essential part of our organization and we can not provide a principled action without them, so we welcome the opportunity to resume our health and nutrition operations offered the scope of the continuous humanitarian crisis in Afghanistan.

That said, CARE depends upon both male and female personnel to react to large range of challenges facing the Afghan individuals,& & the statement checked out.&& We are confident that the restriction will be reversed, however in the meantime will continue to look for methods to move on that will allow both female and male employees to provide life-saving work &-- especially to Afghan women and girls &-- in all sectors.&& CARE has worked in Afghanistan because 1961 and runs 30 mobile health teams in 7 provinces.The post CARE resumes health activities with men and women staff in Afghanistan first appeared on Ariana News.
