2023-02-27T15:16:48.000000 Z Share fontEnable Reading ModeA-AA+Shafaq News/ Iraqs federal commission of integrity on Monday stated that a summon order had been issued versus a present member of the Parliament for his failure to release one of his official duties.The commissions investigations department said in a declaration that a magistrate at al-Karkhs second investigation court released a summon order versus an incumbent member of the services and restoration parliamentary committee for requesting an unjustified withdrawal of a judicial examination he launched previously.
The order, the declaration stated, was provided in accordance with Article 331 of Iraqi Penal Code No.
111 of 1969/amended.
Short article 331 attends to imprisonment and fines as penalty for any public staff member or company who deliberately breaks his/her task tasks or declines to perform among his/her duties with the intent of triggering harm to a persons interests or benefiting one person at the cost of another or at the expenditure of the state.A source exposed that the unnamed lawmaker summoned by the commission is Adnan Al-Jahishi, a member of the parliaments services committee.
