NC is considering the presidents post.CPN-MC leader and newly-appointed Minister of Communications and Information technology Rekha Sharma said that the PM called the meeting generally to thank those parties that gave him vote of self-confidence and also explored possibilities of agreement to elect the key posts.According to Sharma the PM told the all party conference there was need for consensus amongst political parties as concerns of citizenship and the border could be dealt with through agreement among the celebrations.
The PM stated that consensus was needed for constitutional posts as well.In reaction to a reporters inquiry, Sharma stated agreement could be forged even after submitting the candidateship for speaker tomorrow.The president and vice-president are elected through an electoral college consisting of members of the Parliament and province assemblies.
