Afghanistan

The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan&& s (IEA) foreign minister, Amir Khan Muttaqi, stated Wednesday the international community has refrained from doing anything to warrant him encouraging the IEA leadership to alter policies.Muttaqi made the remarks throughout a meeting with visiting Deputy Secretary-General of the United Nations Amina Mohammad and her delegation of leading UN officials.Among the problems under discussion is the ban on females&& s education and the restriction on women working for NGOs.&& As a foreign minister, I have the responsibility to encourage you, the people and the government.

What has the United Nations finished with which I could encourage my leaders and my people? Sanctions have actually been troubled Afghanistan.

There are still sanctions on the banking system.

Traders are dealing with major issues.

They can not transfer money even for food items and fuel,& & Muttaqi said.He stated that Afghanistan&& s seat at the UN is held by a person who does not represent the government, individuals or any other party. He also said that despite the Doha Agreement, IEA leaders are still on the UN blacklist, and that this will not improve relations due to the fact that they can not take a trip and hold talks with the global neighborhood.&& When they can not take a trip abroad and hold talks with you and others, how could relations improve,& & Muttaqi told the UN delegation.Referring to the problem of education, Muttaqi stated that currently nine million students are getting education across the nation.&& If one million students are left out of education, nine million others consisting of young boys and ladies are getting an education.

They are also human beings and require assistance.

Why is the international neighborhood not helping them,& & he said. The foreign minister stated that the IEA has worked together well in providing humanitarian help even to areas that were never covered in the past 20 years.&& Now when constraints have actually been enforced, we should utilize persistence and find a service for it,& & Muttaqi said. The post Muttaqi informs leading UN envoy foreign community has actually not done anything to necessitate a modification in policy first appeared on Ariana News.
