In a problem to Google, the Supreme Court on Thursday refused to grant it interim remedy for the National Company Law Appellate Tribunals (NCLATs) order upholding a Rs 1,337.76-crore charge imposed by the Competition Commission of India (CCI) for alleged unjust and anti-competitive practices related to Android gadgets.
