MANAGALURU/BENGALURU: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Friday filed a chargesheet in BJP leader Praveen Nettarus murder case, saying the 20 implicated performed the targeted eliminating to create terror, communal hatred and unrest in society to further the Popular Front of India's program of establishing Islamic rule in the nation by 2047.
Nettaruwas murdered with sharp weapons, supposedly by PFI cadres, on July 26 last year.According to NIA, investigation revealed that PFI, as part of its program, formed secret groups called Service Teams or Killer Squads to perform killings of perceived enemies and targets.
These service employee were offered arms in addition to training in attack and security to identify, list and watch individuals/leaders belonging to specific communities and groups, and then assault/kill the determined targets on the instructions of senior PFI leaders.The chargesheet, filed in an unique NIA court in Bengaluru, stated that in furtherance of the conspiracy meetings by PFI members and leaders in Bengaluru city, Sullia town and Bellare town, the head of district service team, Mustafa Paichar, was instructed to recce, recognize and target a popular member of a specific community.The implicated have actually been chargesheeted under various arrangements of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, the IPC and Arms Act.
