AGRA: A 21-year-old bride-to-be in UPs Farrukhabad district aborted her wedding event on Friday as the groom stopped working to count currency notes due to a pre-existing mental disorder that had been hidden by his family.
The shocking discovery for the bride-to-be came throughout the marriage rituals when the priest grew uncertain of the males behaviour and apprised the girls family.Later, the bride, Reeta Singh, from Durgapur town of Mohammadabad Kotwali area instantly walked off from the dais which resulted in a spoken spat in between the 2 households and the police were called.
The bride-to-bes household claimed that up until the day of the marriage, they were uninformed that the 23-year-old groom was of unsound mind.
