Mario Abdo Benítez, Paraguay’s outgoing President, announced that the nation’s economy is expected to be the fastest-growing in the region in 2023.According to forecasts by the Central Bank of Paraguay, the economy will expand by 4.5%.The statement was made at a ceremony marking the inauguration of a new highway in Itacurubí de la Cordillera, located 88 kilometers east of Asunción.Mario Abdo Benítez.
