Derailment disrupts train services on Up-country Line

The special express train operating from Badulla to Kandy has derailed between the Nanu Oya and Great Western railway stations, the Department of Railways said.As a result, the trains operating on the Up-country Line, which are passing through the relevant section of the railway line may experience delays, the department announced.
