VARANASI: The longest river cruise, which will cost an average Rs 20 lakh per person for the 51-day journey from Varanasi to Dibrugarh, is fully reserved till March 2024.
Fresh booking is offered just after April 2024, confirmed Raj Singh, the founder and CEO of Raj Singh Antara Luxury River Cruises, which runs the Ganga Vilas.During the journey to Dibrugarh, the passengers on-board will be catered just vegetarian Indian cuisine and assorted non-alcoholic drinks.
Singh stated that travelers would be served regional food and seasonal vegetables and there wont be any non-vegetarian food or alcohol on-board.
The 62-metre long vessel is entirely made in India and expense Rs 68 crore.
We made it at half the expense of what it would have cost abroad, Singh told TOI.
