DEHRADUN: Following an Uttarakhand cabinet meeting, chief secretary SS Sandhu stated on Friday that 8 institutes are studying the factors behind land subsidence in Joshimath and the role of NTPCs Tapovan-Vishnugad job is consisted of in their probe.
