MUMBAI: Activist Gautam Navlakha, arrested in the 2018 Elgar Parishad case, was in touch with Ghulam Nabi Fai, a supposed Pakistani ISI agent held by the FBI in July 2011, the NIA informed the Bombay high court in an affidavit on Monday, opposing bail under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act.Navlakha, 70, is attempting to depict his criminal activities as work for human rights when he is actively involved in commission of offenses he is charged with , it added.After the NIA sought time on Navlakhas bail plea filed in 2015, hearing was adjourned to next Monday.
